FASHION JUNQUI: Ice Cream JUNQUI

Summer is the time for ice cream. It’s also the time for blockbuster films. Artist collective The Stoyn combines the two – and draws in some other big pop culture reference – with their “Creative Ice Cream” series. They’ve modeled Darth Vader, Mickey Mouse, Mario… and a spray can, all in ice cream Popsicle form. Terrifically fun stuff.

FASHION JUNQUI: Got My Peggy Sue…MAN DOWN!

Ok, seriously first there was a pistol hairdryer, then they have those pistol mugs at Urban Outfitters. Now this dude Ted Noten, an ART JUNQUI, creates “Beauty as a Weapon”, which is his Dior 001 Gun. Am I the only one that hears the music from the ‘White Diamonds’ with Liz Taylor commercial when I say…”Beauty as a Weapon”? With the concealed compartment in the barrel, this is the perfect accessory for my grandma for a her medications, or the someone who like to take a variety of “Vitamins”. The pistol’s silencer contains a Dior lip gloss—for “KILLER” red lips, of course. Because beauty is an art form, after all.
